This weekend is an event that has been eight years in the making… Our Annual Mardi Gras Event at The Empty Bottle Saloon. There’s a deep history with Mardi Gras and Nuts In A Blender that goes back over 10 years. Word is Steve and Mike were in New Orleans in 2001 and one of many ‘lost weekends’ in the  ’Big Easy’. They came back from NOLA with an idea of bringing some ‘FAT TUESDAY’ back with them.  Over the years we experimented and refined our recipe. 2004 at 90 Broadway… 2006 at Mahoney’s, 2007 at Pazzo’s… all a buildup to what it’s turned into is the THE BIGGEST LIVE PARTY IN THE HUDSON VALLEY since 2008!

The clear choice for Bar MVP in 2011, Billy Joe’s has been the bulls-eye on the Hudson Valley entertainment scene for a year now… and our shows have been oh so good.   They provide all the ingredients to let NUTS host a good time. Big bar, nice stage and a big room to fill in. Being it’s our nutty Mardi Gras weekend we have some new songs to try out and old favorites to bring back.   Show starts at 10:30 sharp. Two BIG sets with DJ Pat ‘The Claw’ Mc Keon spinning in between sets.

There’s no better way to start a new year than to have The Greenville Inn in the fold. Time after time this room has proven to be on of the best bars in the Hudson Valley. We love all the new friends we keep making too, across the borders… NJ & PA. Come out and we promiose you’ll have a blast!

Back at the Bottle… we’ve had some legendary shows here over the past 5 years. Mardi Gras, Cinco De Mayo, the semi-Annual Beach party and every Thanksgiving Eve since 2007. Come one, come all, this Bottle is never ‘empty’.

One year anniversary party. Just one year ago Billy Joe’s opened their doors to the Hudson Valley and the sights, sounds and smell of BBQ Ribs, great music and good times filled the Newburgh waterfront area. There is never a bad show here, so come out early and plan to stay late. Show starts at 10pm.
